Dear Friend,

As the owner, these studios are my "homes away from home"! Below I offer just a few reasons to come in and share these exciting spaces with me.

  1. All Fired Up is a local, family business. I am not part of a large franchise operation. I was born and raised in Chevy Chase and majored in art and education in college. My dream was to open a studio to combine my love of art with teaching children and adults the joy of self-expression.
  2. I charge only one price for the pottery piece or mosaic you select. I don't charge an additional price for studio time because my philosophy is that you cannot put a time limit on individual creativity. Kids and adults need different amounts of time depending on the size of the piece and complexity of the design. By charging one price, including instruction, paints, studio time, glazing and firing, you can express maximum creativity without "watching the clock."
  3. All Fired Up offers a great range of products. I am not tied to any one supplier so I'm able to select the highest quality items from across the nation. Also, I can research and order any specialty items you may wish to paint. Challenge my research -- I haven't been stumped yet!
  4. At All Fired Up you can become a VIP -- a Very Important Painter -- on your very first visit. You join for free and for every $200 spent on pottery or mosaics you will receive a special $20 credit towards your next purchase. Parents tell me it's great for bonding and communicating with their children. Kids especially love this idea because they can carry their own VIP card with pride.
  5. I have set up a "WALL OF FAME" that displays the work created by some of our customers. The WALL OF FAME recognizes the creativity of people and is reflective of different ages and levels of experience. When a piece is selected, it's placed on the WALL for all to see.We love taking a picture of the person and their piece that we display as well. The photos are posted on the WALL and are eventually placed in our Archive Photo Album. You will enjoy this exhibit!

See you soon!
